Ooh boy - the windshields seem to be one of the hardest parts to find.  I know of a 314 for sale near me, it's windshield is intact.  But not sure he's parting it out yet.

Aimel - you might want to check out this boat:  He converted his 312 into an open bow and has some pictures of the work.  If you'd like, I can put you in touch with the owner, just let me know.

Mine was the same way.
I just had mine completely redone on the inside and the guys doing it were supposed to have sealed all the leaks.  Guess what they didn't.  You need to caulk around each post of the rail, the cleats, your light base(if you still have one), the navigation lights, the horn, around the access hatches.  There was also some talk about the tha area where the lid and the hull are attached (Rub Rail) not having a good bond.  Might want to caulk around that area also if your still getting wet on the inside.

Hey Jesse,
I have converted mine to trips.  It looks pretty awesome.  I had a custome floatation bracket made for it and had the transome completely rebuilt and reinforced to hold triple 350 4cycle Mercs.  I've yet to get the Mercs.  Saving up the $$$.
I had to rebuild the transome due to the stock brackets had started to cut into the transome and the transome started to rot.  As far as needing to reinforce I would.  The average 250 outboard weighs 700-800 lbs plus the and extra bracket or new bracket is another 100-200 lbs.  then you have to figure the added stress of the extra power.
Good luck and have fun with your project.

Does anyone know if there is any storage space under the U-shaped couch?  Mine are solid boards and I'm wanting to cut some access holes and convert that space into some storage under there but I'm not going to bother if its filled with foam or something.
